Gîte avec piscine chauffée couverte, SPA, sauna, massages

Charming gite of 40 m² for 3 people maximum, on one level, adjoining the owner's house, but independent entrance and access to a garden area including garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue.
It has an equipped fitted kitchen (4 hotplates, 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 fridge with freezing area) open to the lounge area (sofa bed for 1 bed, 2 tables, chairs and television). 1 bedroom with 1 bed 1.40 m, open to the bathroom. Independent WC.
Sheets, bath mat and tea towel provided. Not the towels.

Access to the private covered and heated swimming pool from May to September. Opening hours: in May from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and from June to September from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. (in July and August, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. slot reserved for owners).

Paid access to the 25 m² wellness area (professional spa and infrared sauna) and massage area located 40 m away, both located in the owner's house. Reservation of private time slots (from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.), prices: €20 for 20 min of SPA (for the couple) and €15 for 20 min of sauna (for the couple).

Additional services :
- possible on Sundays and in July-August: organic breakfasts (€10.50 / person)
- possible in July/August: semi-gourmet meals prepared by a local restaurant owner including 3 courses (starter, main course and dessert): €30/person EXCLUDING DRINKS.
