A true haven of peace, at the gates of the Cathar country, close to Andorra, Les Angles, Font Romeu and Ax les thermales where you can recharge your batteries. Nearby: numerous activities, walks, hikes (Le Carlit, le Roc blanc, la Dent d'Orlu), numerous lakes (Le Laurenti, Les Bouillouses, Balbonne, Barrage de Noubals, Les Rabassoles, etc.) and mountain bike trails .
The 130m² house includes:
- In the basement: a garage that can accommodate one vehicle. Possibility of parking a second one in the driveway.
- On the ground floor: * Large living room with lounge/dining room and open fitted kitchen (stove, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer).
