This apartment with "sea" view, which we offer for seasonal rental, is located in the village of Sausset-les-Pins, on the CÔTE BLEUE, 30 m from the seaside (Mediterranean Sea) and the beaches, following address: Residence "LES RIVES D'OR" 2 Avenue de la CÔTE BLEUE 13960 SAUSSET LES PINS.
It is located on the 2nd floor of a pretty small private and very peaceful residence which has three, in the middle of a park with trees and flowers.
A private parking space, numbered and fitted with a shoe, is located near the entrance to the building where our studio is located.
This location is located inside a large secure car park, closed by a remote-controlled gate. From the apartment: panoramic view of the sea and the wooded park.

This carefully decorated apartment has an area of approximately 40 m² and has a beautiful covered terrace with garden furniture (table + 4 armchairs), where you can have your meals or your breakfast.
It is designed for 4 people: a very comfortable sofa for 2 people 140x190 "bed express" style. It is located not far from the station (for those who wish to arrive by train)

In the entrance: "mountain studio" style, there is: a sleeping area equipped with two bunk beds of 1 place. This sleeping area is separated from the main room by a door.
In the living room there is a very comfortable 2-seater sofa bed, new generation “Rapido” or “bed express” type that you unfold and fold up with all the inseparable cushions.
There is an independent bathroom: with WC inside, a large bathtub and a bathroom cabinet with a basin.
Bath mats and a hairdryer are provided.
It is an integrated kitchen semi-open to the living room. It is equipped with a 5 kg washing machine, a refrigerator with built-in freezer, an electric catalytic oven, a ceramic hob, a classic electric coffee maker, a microwave, 'a toaster, as well as all the kitchen utensils necessary for the preparation of the meals.

The studio is equipped with a flat screen TV (55 cm) placed on a piece of furniture with storage (drawers).
There is plenty of storage with a large wardrobe with a "mirror" front.
City gas water heater and heating.
This studio is "non-smoking"
Animals are not allowed
Cleaning is to be done at the end of your stay (cleaning products are available for this purpose)
Sheets and household linen are not provided.
There are four pillows (65x65), fitted with a protective cover, as well as the three mattresses which are each covered with a protective mattress pad.
