Crossing apartment therefore bright, located on the 2nd floor without elevator.

It is composed :
- a kitchen equipped with hob, fridge and freezer section, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle, toaster, raclette service
- an 80 cm flat screen living room, round table, floor lamp, chest of drawers, DVD player, mini-system, and sofa bed (2 people)
- a bedroom with 140 bed, wardrobe, with access to the bathroom (90x90 shower)
- separate WC
Bed for very young children, booster chair, WC adapter.

In, basement: ski room.
Free parking on public roads on either side of the apartment.

Despite its proximity to the town center (300 m) it is quiet.

In the town center: bowling, cinema, skating rink, casino, horse riding. Banks.
The village is also the starting point for hiking trails.
General food, bakers, butchers, bars and souvenir shops, restaurants. Doctors, dentists, rural hospital and other paramedics, pharmacy.
A free shuttle route both to the Thermes (300 m) and to the Sancy slopes (3 km) cross-country track at Capucins (2 km). Shuttles whose starting point is located just a hundred meters from the accommodation.

On the ground floor, courtyard shared with the other apartments.
Non-smoking accommodation, and vapoteur.
Our friends, animals, however small they may be, are unfortunately not allowed due to allergies.

Rental only by the week (price depending on the season).
Specific cure rate (3 weeks).
