In Plestin Les Grèves, this apartment of 60 sqm located on the 1st floor of a small residence reassured very calm will seduce you by its comfort, its decoration and its brightness (southern exposure). It has 2 places of parking and a local in the basement to store bicycles and beach equipment.
The beach of the Curés strike and the hiking trails (GR34) are a short walk away.
The apartment includes a large living room, a kitchen with dishwasher, both opening onto a terrace of 12 m² equipped with a garden table, deck chairs, parasol.
1 bedroom with 140x190 bed
1 bedroom with bunk beds 90x190 (the top sleeping is not suitable for children under 6 years)
1 bathroom with a large shower and separate toilet
linen is provided and beds are made upon arrival
Our friends the animals are not accepted.
