The apartment was completely renovated and furnished by a decorator in February 2024.
It is located on the 5th floor of a residence with elevator and it includes:
- 1 living room with convertible sofa and large dining table, 140 cm LED television, a kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso and classic coffee machine.
- 2 bedrooms each with a choice of 3 80x200 beds or 1 160x200 bed and 1 80x200 bed, 1 bathroom with sink and large shower, washing machine.

You will have private outdoor parking as well as free WiFi internet connection. (Possibility of a 2nd parking lot in the basement)
On your arrival, coffee and orange juice await you to accompany your first breakfast (bakery or supermarket located less than 200 meters away).
Departure cleaning is included.
For the comfort and peace of mind of all, an on-call service is provided 7 days a week and parties that could cause nuisance are not authorized.
