- 1 living room with fully equipped open kitchen
- 1 bathroom with shower, WC, towel dryer, washing machine (only for stays of 3 days and more)
- 1 bedroom with 140x190 bedding... living room: 1 sofa bed 140X190 that can be converted into 2 single beds of 0.80 cm
1 dressing cupboard...1 table, 4 chairs...1 armchair + computer table. Child from 8 years old.
Due to the indelicacy of some of our travelers, we reserve access to the apartment during your stay as a security measure. - 1 veranda overlooking the shared English garden (discretion). Owner on site to welcome you .
The apartment is located not far from the city center: shops .. cinema, restaurants, old-fashioned market on Sunday morning.
Activities: ride along the Loire by bike or on foot… Golf: St-Satur, tennis 10 km- on the Loire (canoe rental), mountain biking… fishing…
- visit of the region of Sancerre (elected most beautiful village in France) la Charité, Pouilly and its vineyards also its cheese "Crotin de Chavignol" - visit of the cellars and tastings. village of Potters "St Amand en Puisaye" about 30 km "Guédelon" medieval castle under construction for over 30 years. Vézelay and its village; departure from "St Jacques de Compostelle" the magnificent region of "Morvan".
Possibility to park the 2 wheels.
