"L'ÉTOILE DE MER" F2, completely refurbished, 2nd and last floor of a small quiet residence, in a park with pine and eucalyptus trees, located at Plage Nord in Argelès-sur-Mer !
Close to all amenities: shops (bakery, pharmacy, newsagent, food, caterers, restaurants, etc.) as well as various entertainment and leisure activities: various sports, heritage, culture, beach club.
Beautiful area of 36 m² including: 1 large bedroom with closet-dressing room, 1 140x190 bed with lots of storage space, 1 living room with sofa bed (pull-out sofa bed for 2 people with 2 90x140 mattresses), flat screen TV, tables and chairs opening onto the large terrace, a fully equipped kitchen (freezer, fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and everything you need for cooking for 4 people) as well as a bathroom with large shower , storage unit with basin and wc. Not to mention, a pretty 10 m² terrace with awning and garden furniture, all surrounded by trees!
You can even admire the squirrels climbing from branch to branch, the doves.
For a relaxing stay, close to the sea about 2 minutes on foot! Relax, relax, relax!
You park the car or the motorbike and spend a very pleasant stay having everything on site on foot! The garage contains seats and sun loungers, parasol.
7 km from Collioure, 20 km from Perpignan, 35 km from Spain and 34 km from Rivesaltes airport.
The establishment is open year round for a maximum of 4 people with a minimum of 2 nights, for a weekend or a short or long vacation. Possibility to provide towels and bed linen with a small supplement.
You can sunbathe, swim, take a nap and do nothing or practice hiking, the coastal path, stroll in the pedestrian alleys, enjoy an ice cream or have a good aperitif. Excellent stay!

"Très bien situé -Propriétaire très agréable."
Nous y avons passé 5 jours. L'appartement est tout près de la mer mais assez calme. La région est formidable, la mer, les ports, les montagnes, les petits villages (p. ex. St Cyprien et Colllioure)

"Séjour très agréable"
Ma mère et moi avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement. La résidence est calme et la terrasse est agréable. L'emplacement est top, la plage est à quelques pas. L'appartement est propre et confortable. Merci à Isabelle pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.

"Un petit cocon très agréable"
J’ai passé quatre jours très ressourçants dans cet appartement aménagé avec soin, très propre et très bien équipé. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. L’emplacement est idéal pour se balader et visiter ce beau coin de France. Un super rapport qualité /prix! Je recommande vivement !
