Kitchen with sea view (yes, yes !) (fridge, dishwasher, all common utensils, microwave-oven-grill, cooktop with hood etc ..) with basic necessities including cooking .
Large bedroom overlooking the second level of garden through a bay window.
Shower room, WC with all necessary products including emergency kit.
Common room with washing machine and dryer.
Perfect state.

Depending on the season and the weather, it is possible to rent the 6,70m boat to discover the Etang de Thau and have a good time.

"Un point de chute idéal pour un séjour sétois"
Visiteurs de Sète, courage ! Que l'impressionnante montée ne vous effraie pas ! Il n'y a que la première fois qui coûte ! Arrivés chez Stéphanie, vous serez largement récompensés de vos efforts : le gîte , impeccable et très confortable, est parfaitement équipé (il est extrêmement rare de trouver une location où il ne manque vraiment rien). La petite terrasse offre une jolie vue sur la ville et la mer et vous serez au coeur de Sète en 10mn à pied. Ajoutez à cela un accueil sympathique et chaleureux et vous passerez un excellent séjour. Merci Stéphanie, tout était parfait et ce fut un plaisir de partager ces moments avec vous.
