Located at the Residence "Les Docks du Sud" on the 2nd floor with lift, your accommodation has a magnificent veranda of 14m² equipped with sliding glass doors on 2 angles; a real extra space, sheltered from bad weather and overlooking the sea and the mountains. A magnificent 27m swimming pool is available, exceptional for swimmers!
Able to accommodate 2 to 4 people, a parking space is reserved for you in the basement with secure access.
The apartment has an air-conditioned bedroom (but also with a ceiling fan), equipped with a 160 cm bed and large closets. The shower room is adjoining. Independent WC.
The living space has a ceiling fan and offers a fully equipped kitchen, integrated washing machine and breakfast bar. The lounge area is equipped with a sofa bed with a real bed of 140 cm. Connected TV and WIFI. The veranda has a garden furniture and dining area for 4 people. Linens provided. Sliding scale tariff according to the duration of the stay.
Ideally located, everything is within walking distance.

"Découverte de la Réunion / Saint Pierre"
Pour notre premier séjour à la réunion ce logement était parfait. Très bien situé pour rejoindre le centre ville, bord de mer à pied où les nationales 1 et 2 en voiture, cela nous a permis de bien profiter de la ville et le l’île.
Tout était conforme à la description et la varangue est très agréable. La résidence est plutôt calme et les résidents très sympas. Nous avons adoré et nous y reviendrons.
