Welcome to your haven of peace at the Bassin d'Arcachon! This exceptional, air-conditioned suite, located just 100 meters from the beach, is nestled within the HILO des Oiseaux residence, featuring a shared swimming pool, a shared jacuzzi and a shared ping-pong table.
The suite boasts a spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate WC, as well as a sunny terrace. A parking space, an electric vehicle charging point and bike racks are available for your use. Come worry-free and pack light : - All household linen is included and set up for your arrival: bed linen, bath towels and kitchen linen; - Eco-certified welcome amenities are provided: hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion; - Kitchen essentials provided : coffee, teas, herbal infusions, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, spices, ... - Cleaning essentials: sponge, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, cleaning products, ... all eco-certified! - Paper consumables: toilet paper, kitchen roll, paper napkins; - Baby equipment: baby cot 120 x 60 with mattress, high chair, children's tableware.
