Sur les hauteurs de Saint Gervais , à 1300 m d'altitude, avec vue magnifique sur la chaine du Mont Blanc, ce chalet de montagne, au milieu d'un vaste champ de montagne où poussent framboises et fraises des bois, saura vous offrir sérénité pour votre séjour.
Le chalet est proche tout commerce, et à coté d'un calme restaurant de montagne à tarif famille. Le lieu est idéal pour le repos et/ou les balades de moyenne montagne. Il est à 20 min voiture de Megève, 40min de Genève et 50 min de Chamonix (glaciers). Il est possible d'acceder au chalet sans voiture grace à la navette gratuite passant toutes les heures et s'arretant à 30 m du chalet.

Vaste parking privé pouvant accueillir jusqu' à 5 voitures.
Le premier niveau du chalet contient une première grande pièce: salon canapé , cuisine américaine; table pour 6 (2eme table pliante a disposition). Ensuite un escalier monte vers les 2 chambres à l'étage. Chacune des chambres contient 2 lits de matelas très confortable et neufs.
En revenant au rez-de-chaussée, sur la droite dans un couloir: une salle de douche, puis s'ouvrant sur le couloir, une 3e chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux doubles, et en revenant sur le couloir, une 4e chambre avec un lit double. Toujours donnant sur le couloir, une 2e salle de bain avec baignoire et machine a laver. la pièce WC est au fond du couloir.
Le chalet est entièrement meublé et tout équipé: par exemple: vaisselle, couvert, lave vaisselle, 2 fours, 5 plaques chauffantes, 1 microonde, 2 machines a café; fondue; raclette.ye
Le terrain est en pente et le sous sol débouche sur une pelouse avec 2 barbecues et vue imprenable sur les montagnes; la foret est privative et permet de nombreux jeux et constructions de cabane pour grands et petits.
L'été, nous autorisons les réunions et fêtes et réunions familiales avec ajustement de tarifs selon le nombre de convives si plus de 8. Il y a en effet 5 matelas supplémentaires.
Les chalet est en gestion libre pour limiter les frais additionnels. Si vous souhaitez payer une agence de ménage, des adresses sont à votre disposition ; pour limiter les soucis entre les séjours, je déconseille d'utiliser les draps et serviettes rangés dans le chalet , mais d'en louer au village.
On the heights of Saint Gervais, at an altitude of 1300 m, with a magnificent view of the Mont Blanc range, this mountain chalet, in the middle of a vast mountain field where raspberries and wild strawberries grow, will offer you serenity for your stay.
The chalet is close to all shops, and next to a quiet mountain restaurant with family rates. The location is ideal for rest and/or mid-mountain hikes. It is 20 minutes by car from Megève, 40 minutes from Geneva, and 50 minutes from Chamonix (glaciers).

Spacious private parking that can accommodate up to 5 cars.
The first level of the chalet contains a large first room: living room with sofa, open-plan kitchen; table for 6 (second folding table available). Then a staircase leads to the 2 bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom contains 2 beds with very comfortable and new mattresses.
Returning to the ground floor, on the right in a hallway: a shower room, then opening onto the hallway, a 3rd bedroom with 2 beds; there is a second bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. The WC is at the end of the hallway. The chalet is fully furnished and fully equipped: for example: dishes, cutlery, dishwasher, 2 ovens, 5 hotplates, 1 microwave, 2 coffee machines; fondue; raclette. The land is sloping and the basement opens onto a lawn with 2 barbecues and an gorgeous view of the mountains; the forest is private and allows many games and building of huts for both adults and children. In summer, we allow gatherings and parties and family reunions with adjustment of rates according to the number of guests if more than 8. There are in fact 5 additional mattresses. The chalet is self-managed to limit additional costs. If you wish to pay a cleaning agency, addresses are available; to limit problems between stays, I advise against using the sheets and towels stored in the chalet, but rather renting them in the village.

If you wish not to use your car, direct telepherique and free bus from Saint Gervais Le Fayet station. 800m away from all commerces and next to a restaurant.
