Villa Macayo is set in over 4'000M2 of terrain with total privacy.
Georgeous pool with amazing view's of both Clavier's and neighbouring village of Bargemon, surrounded by terraces for sun /shade to relax/eat or snooze.
The Villa is suitable for either couples travelling together ( requiring their own space ) or for a family with older children due to the sperate living accommodation but enjoying each other's company during the day and around the pool.
The Villa and Apartment each have their own separate entrances.

The Villa having a very large kitchen, fantastic outside covered patio eating area with BBQ.
Appliances include Dishwasher,cooker,hob,fridge,microwave.
Large table and chair's. Beautiful view's from the Kitchen,( Lounge and Bedroom ) with patio door's out onto the terraces from both room's. Lounge with sofa's and chair's and a wood burner for cosy winter evening's. Bedroom consist's of king size bed, drawer's and wardrobes. Large modern Shower room and Toilet. Every comfort taken into consideration for cooking or relaxation, music system,TV, DVD's,book's , games, WIFI. The Apartment Very well laid out (consisting of either a twin bed or King size ) Large shower room and toilette. Kitchenette, Fridge.Oven,Hob, table and chair's. Sofa and occasional table. Outside seating and eating area. Additional price info and offers: If TOTAL EXCLUSIVITY Is not required ( not wanting use of the separate apartment ) The villa can be rented at a reduced rate for 2 person’s, on a Non Exclusive basis with the owners using the apartment below the villa. This offer is not available from the period of 30th May to the 26th September Bedlinnen and towel’s charged at 30€ per person Cleaning is included in the price of the rental.

Villa Macayo is located in the beautiful Var region boasting some of the best scenery and vine yard's of the region.
The Villa is a gentle short walk from the village centre, upon which you will find restaurant's. Boulangerier,small supermarket, bar with WIFI, post office, tourist office,church,and local weekly market.
Bargemon a 5 min's drive also has the same with the addition of a bank, buther's and Pharmacy and a super market selling numerous good's that you would not normally expect locally.
Within a 20 minute drive you will find several large supermarket's and numerous other retail facilities.
