Beautifully renovated stone detached property, from the spacious entrance hall you will be able to access the laundry/WC, double bedroom and open plan kitchen/living area. The double bedroom (160 x200 bed) has the original exposed stone wall with open fireplace, large built in wardrobes and fantastic river views from both windows.
The ensuite shower room with Italian walk-in shower, WC and wash basin. The second bedroom is on the first floor, bed 160 x 200, built in cupboard and beautiful river views.
The third bedroom has two single beds. The separate bathroom has walk- in shower, wash basin and WC. There is an open study/work area also on this level. Double doors from the entrance hall, take you into the open plan kitchen/dining/living area, large windows bringing in plenty of natural sunlight and unspoilt views of the River Vézère, the kitchen is very well equiped and has an island separating the kitchen from dining area with bar stools beneath. The lounge/dining area is dominated by the stone fireplace, solid oak dining table and chairs and there are two comfortable sofas with tables and lamps. There is English and French TV and excellent wifi connection. The large sunny terrace is the main feature of this elegant property, it has magnificient views of the River Vézère, there is a bbq and sunloungers, steps lead you to a lower terrace where you can directly access the quayside and walk into Le Bugue in just a few minutes. Additional price info and offers: From 01/11 - 01/04 the price is based on two people sharing one bedroom. Additional guests will be an extra 25€ per person, per day. During April - October the third bedroom is available upon request.
A small charge of 25€ per person for linen and towels will be added. Charging electric vehicles at the property is prohibited.

Situated on the Rue de la republique, Vézère Vue is one of the first properties built on this road in Le Bugue, giving amazing views over the river. Just a few minutes walk from the town, free parking is available just underneath the property on the quayside.

Een prachtig huis, sfeervol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Op een top locatie. Ontzettend aardige eigenaren. Een feest om hier te verblijven.

Wat een heerlijk huis en wat zijn Jackie en David (de eigenaren) vriendelijke mensen. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, en wordt goed schoon opgeleverd. Op loopafstand van het dorpscentrum waar alles te vinden is wat je nodig hebt, aan de andere zijde van de rivier zitten diverse grote superma...
