This secluded, three double bedroom, 18th century house has enclosed, very private, walled gardens and heated pool. It is surrounded by vineyards, has stunning views of the mountains and lies about 1 km from the village of Cairanne - with a baker, grocers, restaurant and café. The beautiful Roman town of Vaison-la-Romaine with its famous market is a 15 minute drive away.
Other famous Provencal towns, such as Avignon, Aix-en-Provence and the seaside, are easily reachable.The garden is well equipped.
Surrounded by beautiful mature trees, it has sun right through the day. You can be in good sun or good shade. The interior is well-equipped, simple and stylish.
Bedroom 1 has it's own WC and two single beds that also can be configured as a 160cm wide double bed. Bedroom 2 has a compact shower room and WC and 160cm wide double bed. Bedroom 3 has a 140cm wide double and single bed. On the ground floor is a large family bathroom with roll-top bath, large shower and separate WC. Cooks will love the recently renovated kitchen which is exceptionally well-equipped.
This property is an ideal combination of great location, usable outdoor space and comfortable interior.
It has a wood burning stove, good central heating and double glazing - ideal for a cosy off-season holiday/wine-tasting break. The 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned. Additional price info and offers: A standard 150 euros final clean is charged.

Ja het was een zeer geslaagde vakantie, het is een topadres. We komen zeker nog eens terug , want we willen nog meer verkennen en genieten van de omgeving.

Wij hadden een heel aangename vakantie in Le Mas du Bourrelier.
Het huis heeft heel wat charme en situeert zich in een rustige omgeving. De privacy ervaarden we als een een groot pluspunt. Het zwembad zorgde voor de nodige verkoeling en de eetplaats is voorzien van de nodige shaduw en gezelligheid....

Een gezellig thuisgevoel krijg je in die vakantiewoning . We ( de grootouders) logeerden er met onze dochter en haar vriend met peuter van 2 . We genoten van de wijdse, mooie natuur rondom dit huis. Elke dag stond er wel iets op het programma als uitstap , weliswaar aangepast aan de peuter van 2 . ...
