Fully refurbished large gite with new kitchen/diner to accommodate up to 10 people.
There is a full kitchen with American style fridge, a large range cooker and dishwasher, The spacious beamed lounge has been tastefully decorated and retains the original Breton granite fireplace with a wood burning stove.
There is a large seating area and a workstation. . We have cots and highchairs if needed.
The gite has plenty of inside amenities downstairs available to our guests including two televisions, a wide selection of books, board games and DVDs.
At the back of the gite, the doors open out onto a large walled terrace area with BBQ and dining seating.
There are three large bedroom all EnSuite and a bunk room suitable for three children.
We have cots and highchairs if needed.
Last year fibre optic was installed across the area so there is a good internet service available. Outside the gite you will find a New heated swimming pool 10x5 m with a large terrace and sun lounges exclusively for gite guests.
We have 4 acres of private parkland surrounding the gite.
This includes a children's play area with a sunken trampoline, various leisure amenities including table tennis in a covered area , hammocks, a picturesque pond which attracts lots of wildlife, wooded area and an orchard to explore.
The gite is completely private and has ample private parking.
For Smaller parties of 4 or 2 we will offer a discount. Additional price info and offers: Pets are welcome.
There is a 60 euro charge per week. per dog, Cleaning fee 60 euros. Please bring pool towels.

Located in the Breton countryside with quiet footpaths from the gite. Three minutes drive from the small town of Bazouges La Perouse which has a two restaurants, boulangerie, supermarket ,chemist, bars , garage and a weekly farmers market.
Only fifteen minutes from the medieval towns of Combourg and Dol de Bretagne. Just 20 minuets from Mont St Michel and its wonderful bay with bars and restaurants selling famous local sea food.Railway stations in both Combourg and Dol which will take you to the coast as well as Rennes and central Brittany for day trips.

Wat een heerlijk huis was dit. Prachtige grote tuin, fijn zwembad en een heel comfortabel interieur.
Vanwege het slechte weer hebben we daar veel gebruik van gemaakt en dan is de grote woonkamer met genoeg banken heel fijn. En de ruime keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt om goed te kokkerellen.

Mooie locatie met veelruimte en een welkome open haard. Vriendelijke mensen die graag service verlenen. Veel ruimte in de tuin voor en achter met als toetje een heerlijk zwembad. We hebben genoten van elke dag.

Wat een fantastische locatie!
Heerlijk onderkomen met heel veel ruimte, groen en rust. Zeker een aanrader.
Alle benodigde faciliteiten zijn aanwezig en het huisje is heel fraai ingericht.
De gastvrouw en -heer zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
