The building is on two floors.
The open plan kitchen on the ground floor is equipped to a high specification with everything you would find in your home. ( induction hob and oven; Dishwasher; washing maching; nespresso coffee machine and microwave.
The internal dining area has a wall mounted TV with French TV channels and is connected to a DVD player.
There is a high chair for toddlers.
The patio provides for outdoor dining with a gas plancha.
There is a large shower on the first floor along with a king size bed and a toddlers cot. Free toiletries and a hairdryer are provided.
Guests have the benefit of a large flat-screen TV with international channels.
A separate toilet is on the ground floor.
The balcony on the first floor provides an opportunity for guests to sit back, relax and catch the evening sun. Guests have access to the shared heated swimspa (April - October) and garden.
The property benefits from dual air-con and a wood burner. Enquiries for long stay rentals are welcome. Additional price info and offers: Local tax 0.77€ per person per night Beach towels included Bicycles available free of charge.

The area is ideal for access to: climbing, hiking or skiing in the Pyrenees; the Mediterranean beaches of Canet and Argeles-sur-Mer and the many nearby beautiful médiéval French and Spanish villages.
