Le Pressoir is part of an impressive Maison de Maitre in St Leon that has been restored to a very high standard.
It can sleep 6 in the 3 bedrooms, all of which are en-suite and can be either double or twin.
It has a fully equipped kitchen and a large open plan sitting dining room. Outside the private terrace has garden furniture and a barbecue.
There is a communal laundry room, with a toilet, that is shared with La Fermiere. Within the half acre fenced garden there is a shaded play area and the 11m x 5m heated pool has a fully retractable cover that enables swimming in all weathers from late April until the end of September. The pool is shared with La Fermiere. Additional price info and offers: Towels are available to hire €10 for a bundle which includes a bath sheet, a hand towel and a pool towel

The house is set in a quiet hamlet surrounded by farming land yet with the local town of Languidic only 5 km away where all amenities are available. Thanks to the dual carriage way (N24) access in Languidic the house is ideally located to explore the beautiful region and many attractions of the Morbihan.
