La Fermiere is part of an impressive Maison de Maitre in St Leon that has been restored to a very high standard to give it a light and spacious feel.
It can sleep 12 in the 5 bedrooms, four of which are ensuite - the fifth having a bathroom just next door.
It has a fully equiped kitchen dining room and a large sitting room. Outside the private terrace has garden furniture and a barbecue.
There is a communal laundry room with a toilet and a shaded play area which are shared with Le Pressoir.
The 11m x 5m heated pool has a fully retractable cover that enables swimming all weathers from late April until the end of September. The pool is shared with Le Pressoir. Additional price info and offers: Towels are available to hire €10 for a bundle which includes a bath sheet, a hand towel and a pool towel

The house is set in a quiet hamlet surrounded by farming land yet with the local town of Languidic only 5 km away where all amenities are available. Thanks to the dual carriage way (N24) access in Languidic the house is ideally located to explore the beautiful region and many attractions of the Morbihan.
