The gite offers an open plan living space with a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The cottage has its own private garden and patio with garden furniture and barbecue as well as direct access to the vast shared gardens and a large shared swimming pool.
The facilities include kiddies play area and wooden fort, sand pit, swings, badminton net and football area.
The whole property is walled and gated so that parents can relax while the children can run and play. The gite is fully equipped with a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, oven, cooker and everything you need to enjoy the local produce.
The living area is equipped with comfortable seating and satellite TV. There is fast and reliable free wifi throughout the property. Our 3 bedroom gite called le Pressoir is a charming and rustic property located within The Domaine de Rochebonne and is loaded with charm and character and was used as a wine press from the 1750s up until the late 20th century. Within 10 minutes walk from your holiday accommodation you can find a restaurant, a bar, a boulangerie, a small grocery shop and post office all located on the village square in St Just- Luzac.

Le Domaine de Rochebonne is located in a village called St Just-Luzac in the Charente Maritime region of south-west France, also known as Nouvelle Aquitaine
The area has many historical sites to visit as well as colourful fishing ports, and a stunning coastline including La Cote Sauvage and La Grande Côte. The coast is lined with dunes and pine forests and several islands that you can visit. The domaine de Rochebonne is also in easy access of lively seaside resorts and big shopping centres.
Within a few minutes drive you can visit the fort of St Jean d’angle, the fortified village of Brouage, La Tour de Broue, the château de La Gataudière and its adventure park, La ferme de magnee with its farm animals, Marennes beach, the famous Canal de la cayenne for wine and oysters and the Fort Louvois

Bugs, blood on the sheets, mould and filth on the walls. DO NOT STAY HERE.
This place is filthy. The walls have black mold and dirt on them. The washing machine doesn't work and has mold insde it. Just before going to bed we killed several stink bugs in the house and found many more we could not ...
