Green comes under the community area of a small pretty village called Villiers sur Tholon.
This house is an stunning 210 years old barn , full of charms with trade at 2 km renovated in 2010. There is no traffic, clean air, very distant light pollution, no noises, and beautiful views in the garden which is empty with high trees, apple trees, cherry trees, nice vegetation and an organic vegetables garden. This atypical house has a cathedral ceiling, exposed stones, beams, floor heating.
It is light, bright, has a private parking, beautiful fenced and farm products of Burgundy (wine , poultry, mushrooms, goat cheese, marmelade ...) can be purchased in the village. Close to the city of Joigny and Puisaye landscape, you can easily drive by the highway A6 (1h30 from the center of Paris).The village is situated from 20 km west of Auxerre, between Puisaye and Joigny vineyards, half an hour drive from Chablis wine cellars and 40 minutes from Vezelay abbey , 5 minutes from Golf Roncemay, 30 minutes from Castle Guédelon. This gite is perfect for family's meetings, birthdays, stag or hen parties and outdoor's activities (riding, polo, cycling, golf, houseboat, horseback riding on foot or in quad ...), We recommend the visit of many churches and cathedrals also castels, the forest of the Morvan and the famous flea market of Aillant sur Tholon that takes place every year in July. The maison has : 5 bedrooms for 15 people, a TV lounge, wifi in all rooms, a very large dining room of 70 m² with kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets.
