This small detached house is set away from the owner's property and is surrounded by trees and garden.
The house is simply furnished with an open plan spacious and light living area . There is a sofa and a comfortable chair.
Dining table with chairs for four.
The kitchen is equipped with a front loading washing machine, electric hob, fridge with freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
A television with free to view UK TV and French channels and DVD player are available for your use. The double bedroom is on the mezzanine which is reached via an open tread wooden staircase.
There is an en-suite shower room with WC. The terrace is equipped with a BBQ, garden furniture for dining and sun loungers for sunbathing. The swimming pool is shared with the retired English owners when they are in residence but you have free access.
The pool is 12m x 5m with shallow steps for access.
It is 1.5 m maximum in depth the pool has solar heating outside the peak period. The grounds of the property exceed 4.8 hectares and includes the spectacular hills behind the property.

Salasc is a small picturesque village close to Lake Salagou. There is a bar restaurant in the village, a small grocery can be found in the neighbouring village of Octon along with further cafes and a restaurant. At Lake Salagou there are safe beaches for bathing, windsurfing and sailing. There are watersports centres on the lake where you can hire small sailing boats, windsurfers, pedaloes and canoes. The market towns of Clermont L Herault and Lodeve have a full range of shops and services each at approx. 7kms. Mediterranean beaches are a 45-minute drive. There is excellent walking in the surrounding hills and countryside along marked trails. Horse riding and mountain bike hire available nearby.

Alle voorbereidingen met Gites.nl waren goed georganiseerd. Het huisje heeft een mooie ligging, vrij in de natuur. Reservering via gites.nl vinden wij nog steeds superieur! [tov van vele andere sites (:-)]. Wij hebben genoten van het huisje dat enkel geschikt is voor max. 2 personen. Wij vonden er alles wat we nodig hadden. Omdat we de hele tijd buiten vertoefden (het was snikheet!) hadden we geen behoefte aan h...
