Downstairs: There is a welcoming large beamed open planned living space with woodburner, large corner sofa, TV with satellite, dining area for 6, separate seating area, all connecting to the modern fitted kitchen that boasts all modern facilities needed.
There is a downstairs toilet in the cloakroom area. Upstairs: There are 3 double sized bedrooms, one of which has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have wonderful views of the beautiful countryside that surrounds the property.
Off the beamed landing areas is a large family bathroom with large bath and separate shower area. Additional price info and offers: Breakage deposit €200 cash to be paid on arrival - this will be returned on departure after inspection of the property has taken place. Swimming towels not provided. Washing machine can be used at a charge of €3 per wash.

The cottage is situated in Busserolles (in the Dordogne close to Charante border). The property is positioned surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside boasting wildlife and fantastic views in all directions. The cottage is 45 minutes from Limoges airport and 1hr 55 minutes from Bergerac airport. It is a 5 and half hour drive from the ferry port at Caen.

We zijn hier in de mei vakantie geweest om een weekje tot rust te komen en wat is dat goed gelukt!
Niets ontbreekt er in het heerlijke ruime huis, het was er wel wat koud maar dat was goed op te lossen met de houtkachel.
Buiten hebben de kinderen heerlijk kunnen zwemmen en spelen. Veel gevoetbald en...

Wat een mooie plek is dit! Geweldig die stilte en bijzonder dat je s avonds rondom helemaal in het donker zit buiten.
