The property at Les Leroux is a beautifully restored farmhouse and barn, set in an unspoilt rural location amidst rolling fields and woodland.
The barn has been converted into 2 gites, each having 3 bedrooms, bathroom and open-plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, a fireplace, a seating area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer.
A fridge, an oven and stovetop are also offered, as well as a kettle. Individual patios, equipped with barbecue and garden furniture, overlook the 10x5m swimming pool and sun terrace.
Utility room with washing and ironing facilities.
The village of Frayssinet-le-Gelat is 2 km away, with restaurant, and artisan baker, plus a picturesque lake. Additional price info and offers: During spring and summer months, if you need to wash bedding or towels before 7 days have elapsed, you can use the washing machine provided, or we can launder it for you at a charge. We provide a complimentary welcome pack with some basic provisions.
We are able to provide additional provisions for you from the local supermarket at an additional charge of 20 euros to cover the cost of fuel.
Please provide us with a shopping list a few days before your arrival and we will leave it in your gite ready for your arrival.
We would ask you to pay for the shopping in cash before the end of your stay with us. The welcome pack we provide to our guests throughout the Spring and Summer is not available during the winter period. The swimming pool is open during spring and summer months, ie from the beginning of April until the beginning of October.
During our winter-let period the pool remains closed. During our winter let period from October until April, we make available logs for the wood-burner at an additional cost.
The minimum rental period during the winter period is 14 nights.

Situated near Frayssinet-le-Gélat, an hour south of Bergerac and just a few minutes from the river Lot, La Libellule and Le Papillon gites at Les Leroux, feature a 10 metre seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and lovely garden views. The pool is for guests of both gites to use.
Ideally situated for visiting historic towns - Sarlat, Rocamadour, Domme, and Cahors. Conveniently located for prehistoric caves, vineyards, castles, local markets and the Lot and Dordogne river valleys. The nearest airport is Bergerac Airport, 46 miles from Les Leroux.

Het huisje is mooi gelegen tegen een heuvel met een leuk uitzicht op natuur en een mooi Frans huis. Vanwege het jaargetijde hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad, maar we kunnen ons voorstellen dat dit een fijn zwembad is. Het huisje is ruim en met mooie en schone kamers en toilet douche ru...

Overall we had a lovely holiday, and Paul was a great host. The swimming pool and terrace area are delightful.
Unfortunately we did have a few issues in the gite, it was not as clean as we expected (we cleaned the kitchen again ourselves) and much of the kitchenware and some of the furniture was ...
