Luxurious barn with private heated pool situated amongst the vines
Maison de la Fontaine our a newly developed barn situated in our estate surrounded by vines. The estate has 136 acres of land and woodlands. There are vines planted on the hillsides that surround the property. Within the grounds of our estate is Maison de la Fontaine. A luxury barn conversion that can accommodate 10+ people, each bedroom is ensuite, heated pool, air conditioning, wonderful indoor and outdoor kitchen.

A security deposit of 1000€ (plus machine charges) will be taken and held on a credit card machine until leaving day when it will be released excluding any costs for damages.
Maison de la Fontaine is situated within the grounds of our estate Domaine de Beauregard. As a newly developed barn you can be ensured that everything has been thought of to make sure the property is ready for you to enjoy. Your nearest neighbour is 200m away giving you all the privacy you need. The house is located 3km from the village of Villefranche de Lonchat. in the village you will find 3 restaurants, bakery/minimart, epicerie and pharmacy.

Beautiful house in a very quiet and green setting. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Very clean, spacious rooms, and the apartment was a big plus for people in a wheelchair — something that’s not always easy to find in France. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome with clear information and some tasty treats! In short, without a doubt the nicest holiday home we’ve rented in recent years!
