A unique opportunity to stay in a stunning location overlooking the Nantes-Brest canal with the magnificent medieval Chateau visible in the distance.
The owners of Chez Dizjon invite you to enjoy their beautiful home. The house is situated in the picturesque chateau town of Josselin, a French “petite cite de caractere”. An ideal base for walking, cycling or kayaking, the house is a few minutes stroll from the town centre.
The accommodation, sleeping 6, (in three bedrooms) is on three levels. Chez Dizjon has been recently refurbished to provide a comfortable home with all facilities for a self-catering holiday.
The pretty terrace looks directly towards the Nantes-Brest canal where you can while a way some lazy time watching the boats, cyclists and walkers pass. ACCOMMODATION IN MORE DETAIL The front door leads directly to the entrance hall. Just off the hall on the left is a WC. On the right is the kitchen/diner with seating for 6 guests.
The kitchen is fitted with wooden units and also has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.
A washing machine is also provided for guest use. From the ground floor hallway there are two steps into the living room.
This bright and airy room has a superb view of the canal.
Comfortable seating is provided.
Also a TV with a Freesat box. English channels only.
A DVD player is provided.
Please note the woodburner is not for use but just a feature.
Electric radiators are provided for cooler months. months. WiFi is available throughout the property. The elegant wooden staircase leads to the first and second floor. Bedroom 1 (views to the canal) has a Double bed. Bedroom 2 also has two single beds. The family bathroom is on this level and has a shower, washbasin and WC. The floor is tiled with beautiful Portuguese tiles. Bedroom 3, (Master Bedroom) is elegantly presented with a clawed foot bathtub and a separate ensuite shower room and WC. A cot can be provided. The outdoor garden, with a parasol, and chairs is perfect for “al fresco” dining. Linen and towels are provided. Dogs are allowed (maximum 2 dogs). Pet Fee applies.
The garden is secure. Additional price info and offers: Een waarborgsom (voor eventuele schade) van 300€ zal worden gevraagd na de laatste huurbetaling via onze lokale agenten van Prestige. Dit moet worden betaald met een creditcard en er zal u worden gevraagd om kaartgegevens te verstrekken. Een routebeschrijving wordt uitgegeven na deze betaling. Het bedrag zal worden terugbetaald na een bevredigend rapport van de schoonmaakploeg. PET FEE - 28€ per dog/per week.

This lovely house in a pretty town was the base for our holiday in Brittany. We appreciated the quality of the bed linen and towels. The beds were super comfortable. We visited Vannes, Montneuf and Rochefort. The local restaurant Table d'O was especially good. We would love to return to this holiday hme! Many thanks for sharing your home with us and also to Edward for his kindness.
