The gîte is located within the grounds of the owners' 17th century farmhouse, yet retains privacy with separate entrance and courtyard with views of and access into the large, level garden.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, shower room/ WC, a comfortably furnished lounge/dining room with satellite TV and a separate double bedroom with either a superking size bed or two single beds according to your preference and a bathroom.
The gite has a private courtyard with table and chairs, loungers and barbecue. Additional price info and offers: Linen and a welcome pack are included.

La Parcelle Ronce is only a two minute level walk from the lovely village of Tremolat situated in the Perigord Noir area of the beautiful Dordogne valley.
Tremolat is a medieval village of enormous charm and is home to the renowned Vieux Logis hotel with its fabulous Michelin star restaurant as well as a traditional French bistro, a pizzeria and a cafe/wine bar which also sells regional produce. There is an excellent grocery shop for all your daily needs including fresh bread and regional produce. The village also boasts a community café hosting a wide range of activites including live music and a fish and chip evening. We have a Post Office and a railway station for easy access to Bordeaux, Sarlat and Bergerac.
As well as a small weekly market the village hosts various seasonal activities including evening marchés gourmands with street food, brocantes and live music during the summer months.

Aardige eigenaar, legde alles netjes uit. Als er wat nodig was hoefde je het maar te vragen. Ook veel folders voor lokale activiteiten en bezienswaardigheden. Gezellig dorp met leuk winkeltje. Kortom mooi verzorgde gite, schoon en heel compleet.

Helemaal geweldig deze gite. Stond een mooi mand klaar met wat lekkere hapjes, fles wijn, fles water. Heerlijk zo'n ontvangst. Deborah heeft ons ook een heel goede uitleg geven in en over de gite. Omgeving is ook fantastisch. Bij vragen altijd snel een goed en uitgebreid antwoord. Dorpje is ook heel leuk om te verblijven. De Bistro is het eten goed. Op woensdagavond live muziek bij het dorpscafé.
