Hardwood floors throughout. 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 1 separate WC. Large kitchen with all appliances, office/studio, sitting room, utility room.
Top floor has gallery area with seating and space for quiet area or floor games etc. Additional price info and offers: Bathroom towels are included but guests are requested to bring their own pool towels.

The house has an enclosed garden and is located in the heart of the beautiful village of Jumilhac le Grand, on the historic Route Richard Coeur de Lion, and features a magnificent chateau, bringing to mind Hogwarts! The village lies within the Perigord Vert National Park, is 1 hour's drive from Limoges airport and 15 minutes drive from the train station in St Yrieix La Perche. The village has all essential amenities: 3 x bars, 2 x restaurants, baker, butcher, pharmacy, general store and doctor, all within a few minutes walk of the house. During the summer season, a local produce market sets up on the squre in front of the chateau.
Being able to have privacy in a fantastic safe village location with the convenience of being walking distance from all amenities is priceless. This is a spacious house where adults and children can all find space away from each other when they need it.
