Charming, light and airy apartment in the village of Villecroze.
Two minute walk from the village Square, yet completely quiet.
The situation is ideal - you're a short walk from restaurants and shops, and yet the apartment is tranquil amid calm surroundings. In the apartment, which is 34m2, you will find a pleasant, airy living room with a comfortable sofa and open plan dining area.
There is a Smart TV which is capable of receiving some channels.
Double large glass windows look out into a leafy tree, and sometimes you have a glimpse of the Provencal countryside beyond.
Part of the living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen, with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge and washing machine. Leading from the living room, there is a separate 'coin de nuit' - pretty bedroom with double bed 140 x 190cm. Linen and Towels are provided and included in the rental price.
Taxe de séjour is included in the daily rental price.
There is a final cleaning charge of 30€. The flat is situated close to the historic center, and is in walking distance to the bakery, cafes , bars, shops and restaurants of the village.
