Set within a 1.5 hectare private estate in a National Park, Vive le Vert is surrounded by rolling hills, peaceful forests, and charming villages and there's plenty to do beyond enjoying the scenery! Whether you love the outdoors, discovering new places, or just relaxing around the pool, there's something here for everyone.

Due to our perfect geographical location you get to discover not just the Dordogne but also the close surrounding departments of Charente, Haute-Vienne, Limousin & Corrèze, all offering a variety of activities that make exploring fun:

With our Wi-Fi, sharing your holiday moments is easy, and the night skies are incredible for stargazing accompanied by soulful owl hoots, whilst mornings are reserved for serenading birds. Two Beautiful Gîtes To Choose From… ‘Faune’ and ‘Flore’, each boast charming exteriors adorned with rustic stone walls and wooden shutters.
Nestled amidst lush foliage and the colourful canvas of nature’s splendour, both gîtes offer sunbeds for basking in the sunlight and the opportunity for a refreshing dip in the pool whenever desired.
Indulge in outdoor dining on the terrace or lawn, ignite the barbecue for a delightful evening, and unwind to the melodies of chirping birds at sunset, accompanied by a glass of wine and locally crafted cheese. Faune is our larger gîte at about 125m2, sleeps up to 8 and available for a minimum 3 night stay. On the ground floor, you’ll discover a spacious living room adorned with cozy sofas and chairs, along with a separate dining area boasting a generously sized dining table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a large fridge, ceramic stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster, and a washing machine - providing all the conveniences of home. You will also find on the ground floor a bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed, accompanied by a bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and basin. Venturing to the second floor, you’ll find a sizable loft and two additional bedrooms. One bedroom offers two charming single beds, while the other provides two single beds that can be connected to form a double bed upon request.
In the spacious open loft, two more beds are available, allowing for a maximum accommodation of 8 guests. A second fully equipped bathroom upstairs offers added convenience, complete with a shower, toilet, and basin, making Gîte Faune an ideal retreat for two families to share. Outside, a vast garden awaits both at the front and back, furnished with garden furniture and a wooden dining table accompanied by 8 chairs, perfect for alfresco dining on warm summer evenings. Additionally, a barbecue grill is conveniently situated on the terrace for enjoyable grilling sessions.
Yes, we’re wired, Wi-Fi and a portable Bluetooth speaker are provided for your enjoyment. The prices listed are based on groups of four, a small fee will apply per additional person.
