Chic 3 bedroom village house with 2 bathrooms plus guest toilet.
Situated in the heart of the beautiful medieval village of Penne d'Agenais (featured in Les Plus Beaux Villages de France), we offer modern 3 bedroom house with large well equipped kitchen, utility room with washer dryer, WiFi, Large TV with Netflix and other on demand TV/Movies.
On the ground floor you enter the living room which is open to the fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and Américain fridge freezer and dishwasher.
Leading off the kitchen is a pantry/laundry room with washer/dryer which then leads to the stylish guest toilet.
After climbing the natural stone staircase with stainless steel handrails you reach a hallway leading to 2 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 (double) has a built-in wardrobe and views over the village, it has a full bathroom with large corner shower cubicle, vanity unit with mirror and light, toilet and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 (double) overlooks the charming walled courtyard and also has a bathroom, consisting of a vanity unit with ceiling mirror, a shower cubicle and toilet.
A wooden staircase with stainless steel banisters leads from the 2nd bedroom to the 3rd bedroom (single), this room overlooks the courtyard. The house overlooks the village which has 4 restaurants, a microbrewery, several artisan shops and ample parking all within walking distance of 10 seconds to 5 mins. Shops are 2 minutes away by car, where you will find everything you need (in the port of Penne or across the Lot to the neighbouring village of St Sylvestre Sur Lot. The town of Villeneuve sur Lot is 8 minutes by car and has a hospital, large supermarkets and specialist stores.

The fortified village sits on top of a hill with magnificent views across the valley, it dates from the 1200s and was once occupied by the King Richard the Lionheart. Penne is an active village with many events organized throughout the year. If you enjoy biking, hiking, or just a casual stroll, you will find many beautiful trails to suit your needs.
