A beautifully renovated barn offering a large open lounge with settee and chair, kitchen with dining table. Double bedroom with king sized bed and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Very light and airy with exposed beams and log burner.
The gite also benefits from Star link Wi-Fi and large screen TV. Going out of the back of the lounge there is a lovely private secluded south facing patio with BBQ and seating overlooking fields.
There is a shared swimming pool with loungers and tables and chairs.
Also an open communal barn with pizza oven and seating for groups if you are coming with family or friends, and a large covered barn with games available such as table tennis, Darts, large screen TV for sports and music.
There are 3 gites in total at La Surprise Gites for those holidaying with friends and family.
Cot and fold away bed can be provided.

La Surprise Gites are located in a quiet rural area with very little traffic, but conveniently less than a 10 minute drive from Monpazier and Belves which have both been voted as most beautiful villages in France with many cafes, restaurants and shops. Both have markets selling local produce. Belves also has a night gourmet market in July and August as many of the local villages do.
