A beautifully renovated grainier offering an open lounge with 2 settees and log burner and kitchen with cooker dishwasher and washing machine. Very large double bedroom with king sized bed and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Very light and airy with exposed beams.
The gite also benefits from Star link Wi-Fi and large screen TV. There is a lovely private secluded south facing patio with BBQ and seating overlooking fields.
There is a shared swimming pool with loungers and tables and chairs.
Also an open communal barn with pizza oven and seating for groups if you are coming with family or friends, and a large covered barn with lots of games available such as table tennis. darts, large TV screen for Sports occasions and music.
At La Surprise Gites we have 3 gites available so if you are holidaying with friends and family this may be the place for you. A cot or fold down bed can be provided for young children.

La Surprise Gites are located in a quiet rural area with very little traffic, but conveniently less than a 10 minute drive from Monpazier and Belves which have both been voted as most beautiful villages in France with many cafes, restaurants and shops. Both have markets selling local produce. Belves also has a night gourmet market in July and August as many of the local villages do.
