Exceptional villa in the heart of Catalonia 5 minutes walk from a well animated village with lots of bars and restaurants, 10 minutes from the beaches and only 90 minutes from cadaques (Salvador Dali) in Spain, excellent walks for all.
House comes with exceptional views of the Pyrenees from its sun terrace and large pool, an upstairs solarium, outdoor facilities & boules court including large family barbecue and summer kitchen.
A cleaning/linen fee of €300 is payable locally for the entire house
The space
We have very quiet accommodation here but only a 5 minute walk to 10 bars and restaurants in the village, 1 pizza takeaway and less than 3km to 3 other busy villages & plenty more beyond . It is a quiet up market area with permanent resident neighbours and although they are 30m from each house loud parties are not allowed so please scroll on if this is what you are requiring

Other things to note
There is also single fold up bed suited for a child/young adult on the property and a child’s cot.
Additionally there is a whole house cleaning fee of €300 payable locally to the housekeeper on departure
