Apartment S1 is located in the peaceful area of Ruskamen in Lokva Rogoznica, just 5 km from the town of Omiš. It is an ideal location for guests who want to relax in a quiet environment while still being close to all necessary amenities.
The beach is about 200 meters away and can be reached by stairs, and just below the house there is a small hotel with a beachfront restaurant and bar. A grocery store and restaurant are about 500 meters from the property, while Omiš offers additional facilities such as a gas station, pharmacy, emergency services, as well as many tourist activities – rafting on the Cetina River, zipline, boat trips to the islands and much more. The apartment is located in a family house where the owners live, and other guests also stay in the building.
It is a two-bedroom apartment, with one bedroom having a separate entrance.
The main part of the apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with a living room, and a bathroom.
The second bedroom is located right next to the apartment and has its own entrance, offering additional privacy.
The apartment is situated on the first floor and is equipped with free WiFi.
It is ideal for 4 guests. In front of the house there is a large parking area available to all guests, as well as a shared barbecue that guests may use. Upon request and for an additional fee, the owner can prepare a grill meal.

Pets are not allowed, smoking is permitted only outside, and quiet hours after 11 PM must be respected. Ruskamen in Lokva Rogoznica is a peaceful coastal area ideal for a relaxing holiday by the sea, with the beach located about 200 meters away and accessible by stairs, and a hotel with a restaurant and bar situated just below the house. A market and restaurant are about 500 meters away, while Omiš, only five kilometers distant, is a center of numerous activities and natural attractions. In addition to rafting and ziplining, Omiš is known for fantastic hiking and walking opportunities – trails leading to Fortica and the Cetina Canyon offer beautiful views and an authentic nature experience. Quad and buggy tours are also available for adventure seekers, as well as daily boat excursions to the nearby islands.
