Casa dei Pescatori is a charming house located in the picturesque village of Santa Lucia di Siniscola on the east coast of Sardinia.
It stands just a few steps from the sea and overlooks a lush pine forest.
Located about 50 km from Olbia, it is the perfect place for those seeking relaxation without compromising on proximity to the sea. Santa Lucia beach, with its fine white sand and cool pine forest, is just 600 metres away.
Spread over two floors and covering an area of around 120 square metres, the well-appointed and functional Casa dei Pescatori offers accommodation for up to eight people, guaranteeing comfort and relaxation just a stone's throw from the sea. The ground floor consists of a cosy entrance hall with a sofa and armchairs, a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower.
Climbing the elegant granite stairs leads to the first floor, where a modern, fully equipped kitchen opens onto a terrace.
The floor also features a second double bedroom, a twin bedroom with a balcony and a second bathroom with a shower.
The house is equipped with: - fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer - oven - washing machine, iron and ironing board - free Wi-Fi - TV - air conditioning - two bathrooms with hairdryer - free public parking on the street Your four-legged friends are welcome, an extra charge of € 50 per stay is required.
