Just a two-minute stroll from the beach, this cottage places you within easy reach of Redcar’s Esplanade, lined with sea-facing cafés, restaurants, traditional arcades, and ice cream parlours where you can sample the town’s famous lemon top ice cream. Inside, the welcoming living room at the front of the cottage features a cosy sofa and armchairs arranged around the TV, perfect for unwinding after a day by the sea. The adjoining kitchen and dining area boasts a modern, well-equipped integrated kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals.
At the rear, a south-facing enclosed patio with outdoor seating offers a lovely space to soak up the sunshine.
Additionally, a converted outhouse provides secure storage for bikes, surfboards, fishing rods, and other outdoor equipment, making this an excellent base for water sports enthusiasts, from surfers to paddleboarders and wild swimmers.
Upstairs, the cottage features two beautifully presented bedrooms, a double and a twin, both designed for a restful night’s sleep.
