Its prime location, surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets, makes it an ideal choice to enjoy Gran Canaria in full comfort. Perfect for families, couples, and work trips, it offers 300 Mb fiber-optic Wifi, a desk, and a living room with a sofa bed. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom includes a single bed and workspace.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is spacious with a shower, and the living-dining area provides a cozy space to relax with a sofa and TV. The location is exceptional: it is just next to Las Canteras Beach and Playa Chica, with supermarkets, restaurants, and shops within walking distance.
The area is well connected to key points of interest in Las Palmas, such as Parque Santa Catalina, Auditorio Alfredo Kraus, the Mesa y López shopping area, and the historic neighborhoods of Vegueta and Triana.
Additionally, easy access to the highway allows you to explore the island and visit the main attractions of Gran Canaria with ease. The apartment includes a fully equipped open kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, hairdryer, TV, 300 Mb fiber-optic Wifi, sheets, towels, and elevator, as well as a strategic location to enjoy the city center. Please note that music from the venue on the ground floor may be heard, as well as possible noise from construction outside. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival. On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.

Muy cerca de la increíble playa de Las Canteras, con todos los servicios necesarios como restaurantes y supermercados a pocos pasos de la vivienda. Muy cómoda ya que cuenta con ascensor y no es necesario disponer de coche para pasar unos días aquí. También preparada para el teletrabajo, en general muy agradable, para repetir.
