On the stretch of coast between Santa Teresa di Gallura and Isola Rossa, in the north of Sardinia, lies the Costa Paradiso residential complex.
The resort of Costa Paradiso is an oasis of tranquillity overlooking an unspoilt natural landscape and a coastline that alternates between rocky granite stretches and small coves.
The residential complex, equipped with a reception (h 8.30 am-12.30 am/2.30 pm-6.30 pm) and a communal swimming pool (open from 01/06 to 15/09 from 9.00 am-1.00 am /3.00 pm-9.00 pm), offers comfortable three-room apartments surrounded by greenery and a short distance from the sea. The Costa Paradiso villas, three-room units of approximately 60 sqm on the ground floor, are furnished in a simple and functional manner.
They consist of a living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, have a furnished outdoor area and are equipped with: - kitchenette with refrigerator and freezer - electric oven - washing machine - bathroom with shower - covered veranda equipped with table and chairs - free private parking adjacent to the accommodation - common swimming pool Please note that the initial supply of bed linen and towels is not included in the price (available on request at an extra charge). The cottages do not have air conditioning or TV. Your four-legged friends are welcome of small size, an extra charge of € 35 per stay is required.
The natural wonders, the granite rocks and the magnificent views make this place the ideal destination for a holiday that combines relaxation, exploration of the area and the discovery of local traditions and gastronomy.
Many activities and excursions can be organised at the reception for a fee. The beautiful beach of 'Li Cossi' can be reached by a 15-minute walk through the Mediterranean maquis; there are numerous coves with crystal-clear water nearby, and sandy beaches such as Cala Serraina, Vignola and Isola Rossa are only a few minutes away by car. In the centre of Costa Paradiso, close to the residence, there are bars, pizzerias and restaurants, markets and supermarkets, medical services and a parapharmacy.
The complex can be an excellent starting point for exploring northern Sardinia and the nearby towns of Badesi, Castel Sardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura.
We like it because it includes in the fees: - electricity, water and gas consumption, final cleaning (except cleaning of kitchenette to be paid for by the customer, otherwise part of the deposit may be retained), use of the shared swimming pool and parking space.
Mandatory costs to be paid on-site: - tourist tax payable in cash, € 2 per person per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights) - deposit € 100 per apartment refundable at the end of the stay after checking the state of the apartment Additional optional services available upon request and to be paid on-site: - hire first supply of bed linen: € 24 per person double bed linen set, € 12 per person single bed linen set - hire first supply of bathroom linen: € 12 per person per set - extra cleaning of flat (excluding kitchenette): on request, € 15 per hour - baby cot: € 30 per stay - satellite TV: for hire, on request (subject to availability) - Wi-fi box for hire on request (€ 25 per week, subject to availability) GB not unlimited - pets allowed of small size: to be reported at the time of booking, cleaning fee € 35 per stay - night arrivals (LATE CHECK-IN) arrivals after 8 p.m. must be advised and agreed in advance, supplement of € 30 within h 24.00, € 50 over h 24.00.
