Apartment Grottelle is a newly built semi-basement studio apartment, located near the center of Polignano a Mare.
The accomodation is about 300 m from the statue of Domenico Modugno, 350 m from the famous Lama Monachile beach and 400m from the historic center overlooking the sea. The apartment is equipped with A/C and Wi-Fi and can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The house is accessed via a condominium entrance, you can use both the internal staircase or the lift. Inside the accomodation there is a kitchenette equipped with induction hobs, refrigerator, oven, sink, dishwasher, table with chairs and a small private outdoor area equipped with outdoor table and chairs.
There is also a small sofa, a double bed separated from the living area by a glass wall and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Appartamento Grottelle is about 300 m from the statue of Domenico Modugno, 350 m from the famous beach of Lama Monachile, and 400 m from the downtown of Polignano a Mare.
Bari Airport is 50 km away and Brindisi Airport is 82 km away.
The house is about 12 km from Monopoli, 17 km from the caves of Castellana Grotte, 30 km from Alberobello, 37 km from Locorotondo, 41 km from Cisternino, 43 km from Martina Franca, 50 km from Ostuni, 98 km from Matera and 120 km from Lecce.

On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.
The pre-authorization of the security deposit will also be processed at the same time. Check-in will be self; it is essential to carefully read the entry procedure and follow all instructions to gain access to the property.
Once those procedures are done, you will send a video selfie confirming your presence at the property.
Then we will provide the code to access the property.
If any steps are missing in the procedure an in-person check-in will be required with a penalty of €50 will be applied. Guests are required to comply with the local waste sorting schedule, which will be provided and explained after the arrival.
Failure to follow the disposal rules will result in a €50 penalty. This short term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a representation mandate. To ensure a more informed travel experience, we inform you that the price you see on the booking portal includes the owner's rental fee and the cost of any additional services we provide.
