- The apartment has a high gloss fitted kitchen. The electric stove has a Ceran 4-plate cooker with oven, range hood and a fridge-freezer combination. The equipment is complete with water heater, coffee machine, microwave, hand mixer, kitchen scale, cookware, pans and dishes with cutlery for 4 persons.
- The bathroom is modern tiled and has a bathtube 170 x 75 cm and a hair dryer.
- The living room is furnished with a living area, LCD TV and desk.
- The south balcony has a platform with table and 4 chairs. From there you have a beautiful view across the Weser and the Hafenwelten. Smoking is permitted on the balcony. He’s roofed and glazed from ground to the roof, so its possible to used during the cold season and on rainy days.

Super Aussicht über den Hafen und die Weser. Kurze Wege zu allem und ein guter Parkplatz im Haus. Kommen gerne wieder und werden die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Der Empfang war gut! Sehr netter Vermieter! Schöne Wohnung! Toller Ausblick vom Balkon und kurze Wege zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Hafenwelten, sowie Columbus Center und Fußgängerzone!

Das Bad, die Wohnung insgesamt, die gute innerstädtische Lage, und natürlich der Ausblick aufs Wasser..
Altes Gebäude (wußte ich aber vorher), der Balkon sollte renoviert werden, die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig und in die Jahre gekommen, leider keine Fliegengitter. Im Allgemeinen ok, mit Luft nach oben.
