The apartment opens into a large living room with dining area, open kitchen and 1 double bed. Moreover, there are a sofa bed in the corridor and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The surroundings of Al Castello Home Holidays in Otranto Al Castello Home Holidays is 100 meters away from the suggestive Aragonese castle in Otranto and 250 meters away from the beautiful cathedral dedicated to Santa Maria Annunziata, with the ancient mosaic all along the aisle and the 800-martyr crypt.
Near the two holiday homes there are many amenities such as supermarket, cafè, tobacco shops, pharmacy, shops and restaurants.
The closest sandy beach is 1,5 kilometers away. - Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp. - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price.
Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - There is 1 free parking pass per unit.
