Tucked away in a quiet residential street, but only a very short walk to the main streets of Hove with its raft of restaurants, bars and cafés. The collection of bedrooms at Vallance House make it ideal for groups of all ages.
On the first floor, the master bedroom has an emperor sized bed with its own en suite; the second bedroom has a super king bed; the third bedroom has a king size bed, and the fourth is made up of twin beds.
The first floor has its own shared family shower room.
Conveniently accessible, there’s also an extra twin bedroom, and shower room on the ground floor. The kitchen is large and very well-equipped for preparing feasts.
There’s a kitchen island with loads of surface space, extra oven, and breakfast seating.
An American style fridge/freezer with wine cooler makes entertaining easy.
A dedicated coffee machine will keep the group buzzing too! The main living room is open-plan with the dining room - ideal for celebrations.
It has sofas and a large wall-mounted TV. The dining table seats 8-10. Even better for celebrations, there’s a second living room with another TV. With large patio doors facing the garden, parents can keen an eye on children while they play on the large trampoline in the enclosed garden. There is also an outdoor kitchen/bar area with a fridge and sink, as well as a ceramic BBQ, whilst a gas firepit is also available at cost.
Should you wish to relax in a hot tub, this can also be offered at an additional cost. Free WiFi No stag, hen or other party bookings allowed. The following services can also be offered (prices available on request):-private exercise session in garden, on beach or in private gym close to Vallance House (1 hour)-fully catered dinner party on site-mixologist to either teach cocktail making or host drinks (2 hours)-1 hour meditation session-yoga or Pilates (1 hour)- beautician (options available)-hairdresser- blow drys-restaurant recommendations/booking (free of charge)-sip and paint art class -Hot tub available with prior arrangement with the owner.
Chargeable at £280 per week.

We absolutely loved the house and all the amenities it had to offer. It gave our large family somewhere to be together without being on top of each other. The house was immaculate, well equipped with everything you need and well thought out. We loved the appliances and the spaces. Communication was clear and helpful and we were lucky with the weather so we could enjoy the beautiful garden too.

What a fabulous house, host and location! The house was immaculate when we arrived. It was cool, quality yet homely for a birthday weekend celebration it was perfect.. easy access to Hove and close to Brighton to enjoy all it had to offer.. even the rain didn’t dampen our weekend.. we will be returning!
