This secluded croft house set in 50 acres of grounds is surrounded by beautiful Highland countryside and has stunning views down the Firth of Lorn.. All on the Ground Floor: Open plan living space.
Living area: 28" Freeview TV, Ipod Dock, CD Player, Open Fire Dining area.
Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet.
Economy 7 heating and electricity by meter reading.
Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Initial fuel for open fire included, remainder at £3 per day or £14 per week.. Decked area with garden furniture and BBQ. 50 acres of grounds.
Private parking for 2 cars.

The property has a natural water supply from a spring.
The grounds have sloping banks and direct access to a sea loch, 20 yards.. Tigh Beg Croft has to be one of the ultimate secluded Highland hideaways - there are no garden fences, only the open land and the sea to gaze at. This classic ’get away from it all’ location near Oban in Argyll is set in some 50 acres of informal hill land and shore line giving way to spectacular walking country.
The detached croft and this part of the coastline were used in the 1968 filming of ’Ring of Bright Water’ and more recently in the final scenes of ’Enigma’, based on the Robert Harris thriller.
This special place is quietly situated at the sea entrance to Loch Feochan, with spectacular views down the ’Firth of Lorn’, and yet only 6 miles from Oban with all its quality amenities, shops and restaurants.
Access is by a private track road of about 1½ miles with the final approach over unsurfaced track - perfect for four wheel drive, but not essential! You can also access Tigh Beg Croft by sea. A country pub is situated further up the glen offering fine home cooked food and ales with informal music nights during the season.
Tigh Beg Croft makes a great holiday destination at anytime of year and will allow you to totally relax and unwind.

Had a wonderful time at Tigh Beg with my partner. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle and crave splendid isolation, then this is the place for you. Stunning views and beautiful surroundings, the cottage itself warm and accommodating with a real fire adding to a cosy ambience. Would definitely stay here again, lovely experience!
