The Villa "Oceane" has direct access to the sea and the beach.
The rental covers all the modern services & amenities (Personalised check-in & check-out, Internet, A/C, TV with international channels, safe, alarm, Linens & Towels...). The salted pool is heated during the mid season.
The Villa has just been fully renovated so it's a brand new Villa.
It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The Villa is very well located with the sea at the end of the garden and a direct access to the beach (less than 100 meters) which is extremely convenient.
The are numerous activities in the domain (Tennis, sailing, cycling, paddling, scuba diving…) and if you like walking there is a beautiful trek at the end of the garden / along the coast.
The beautiful beach of Pampelonne is just 3km and busy Saint-Tropez at 10 km. Unfortunately, we are unable to welcome our pet-friends.

Beautiful villa in the magical surroundings of Escalet, with direct access to the beach. The house, pool and garden were peaceful with the bushes shielding us from the sounds from the beach, and communication with the owner was fantastic .The only change we would wish to make would be the housekeeper, but nothing is perfect ;-)

Our stay at the villa Oceane was nothing short of paradise. With its unbeatable location with a direct access to the beach, luxurious accommodations, and top-notch service, it’s a perfect getaway for anyone looking to relax and unwind by the beach. we were a party of 10 ( 5 adults, 5 children) and had an overall perfect stay! the location is marvelous - breathtaking views, quiet neighborhood, 2min walk to the beach. The renovated villa was super clean and the beds where very comfortable to sleep in.
A super plus is that there is the littoral ...
