At the immediate gates of Tours, this 18th century tufa stone residence offers a haven of serenity in the heart of a wooded park.

It is ideally located, in a residential area, close to the exit of the motorway axes and less than 10 minutes from Saint-Pierre-des-Corps station. The location of the house makes it very easy to reach all of Touraine, even the neighboring departments.
The most beautiful castles of the Loire are thus accessible in an hour or less: Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Amboise, Chenonceaux, Langeais, etc.

The family suite is made up of 3 bedrooms, one of which has a private shower / sink and 2 sharing a bath / shower / sink bathroom.
A large, cozy and warm relaxation lounge, in the attic, adjoins this suite and is reserved for it. Books and games are available.
It has a large kitchen area for breakfast and coffee breaks for guests in these 3 rooms, with coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, small refrigerator, crockery, fresh water.
Breakfast is provided but is taken independently. It consists of tea, coffee, infusions, cereal bread, white bread, jams, butter, honey, spread, fruit juices, dairy products.

This living room can also be used as a workspace with complete peace of mind.

For these three bedrooms, the toilets are next door, on the mezzanine.

The washing machine and dryer are available to travelers on request.
