Canigou Suite: large bedroom with panoramic views of the Prades valley and the Canigou to the upper floor of the villa L'Olivette, in Eus, in Pyrénées-Orientales.
This suite of about 50 square meters, includes a large room including a part living room, sleeping areas, a bathroom, a cold kitchen and a small terrace facing the Canigou.
This property enjoys a pleasant volume with high ceilings so the room part in the party room.
The dining room includes a sofa, a coffee table, a writing table, 2 buffet style, a flat screen TV connected to the DTT network, a DVD player, a stereo and a computer with high speed internet, free use.
The room is part of the separate party room by an arch. It includes a bed 160 cm wide, a ceiling fan and air conditioning.
The bathroom has shower Roman, vanity, wardrobe and toilet.
The terrace has a table with 2 chairs and a removable awning. It opens onto the room and part of the game experience. It has a great view of the Canigou and the Prades valley.
A separate small room can prepare light snacks such as breakfast or salads. This room is equipped with a sink, a small refrigerator, a tea / coffee, toaster, juicer, dishes for breakfast and cold meals and 2 wall cupboards.

THE VILLA
The Villa L'Olivette is built on the hillside facing the Mont Canigou, 200 m from the village center, in a residential area. It extends over 3 levels in the middle of a garden with olive trees, oaks and mimosas.
The villa offers 2 cottages and 1 guest room. Each unit has a private entrance and offers access to the pool. Situated below the ground, the pool of 30 m2 (open from 1st of June until 15th of September) offers peace, privacy and serenity in a Mediterranean country setting with a splendid view of Mount Canigou and the Prades valley.

Built on a rock, 3 km from the town of Prades, Eus has lots of charm and does not fail to seduce lovers of old stones. The village of Eus is in the Prades valley about 40 km from Perpignan on the road to Andorra.
If you leave the highway either by exit 41 (Perpignan Nord or Centre) or by exit 42 (Perpignan Sud), you always take the direction of Andorra and Prades.

At the exit of Perpignan, in the direction of Andorra, you arrive on a four-lane that you follow until the end (about 20 km).
You continue towards Andorra and Prades, you arrive at the village of Marquixanes.

In Marquixanes, turn right towards Eus. After about 2 km, turn right towards the village and go up. You encounter a first hairpin bend. At the second hairpin bend, you will find Chemin de Rougères on your left. There is a small sign indicating ROUGÈRES at the entrance to this road.

The Rougères path (Cami de Rogeres in Catalan) is slightly below and cannot be seen from the road that goes up to Eus, it is located about 300 meters before the town hall of the village. If you get to the town hall, you are too far.

When you are on the Chemin de Rougères, Villa L'Olivette is the second house on your left at number 3.
