Villa Oasis is located in the beach resort town of Royan, 3 blocks from the sandy beach and 3 blocks from shops, restaurants, bars and the railway station.
Rates:
Each bedroom comes with its own private bathroom. Bedding and bath towels and provided. Add 20 euros for any additional person. Continental breakfast is included and served in the bedrooms or in the garden when weather permits. The rates listed are for 2 occupants. Check-in from 4PM and check-out by 10AM. All reservations must be placed by mail or email and will be confirmed after receiving a 30% deposit of the duration of the stay. Only cashier check from outside of France are accepted for deposit. The balance is due upon arrival. In case of cancellation, the deposit amount will be non refundable .

"Propre et accueillant"
Nous avons passé un weekend au sein de la villa oasis. Les hôtes sont très accueillants. La chambre est spacieuse et d'une propreté irréprochable. Très bon petit déjeuner servi en terrasse. Nous recommandons vivement.

"Que du plaisir !"
Nous avons séjourné 1 sem début août. Ce fût un réel bonheur, nous avons été bien accueilli, nos hôtes sont charmants, disponibles et toujours de bons conseils pour profiter au mieux de leur région ! merci également pour ce délicieux petit déjeuner servi tous les matins dans leur terrasse. Nous avons ainsi pu découvrir une région formidable dans les meilleures conditions ! c'est sur, nous reviendrons ! Sonia

"Super séjour"
Super séjour au sein de la villa Oasis. Nous sommes un jeune couple et avons passé une semaine dans cette chambre d’hôtes fin juillet/début août, où nous avons très bien été accueillis. Les hôtes sont accueillants et toujours disponibles en cas de besoin/question. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et très bon. Nous avions à disposition un frigo et pouvions déposer nos vélos dans le garage. La chambre était très grande et accessible sans entrer dans la maison, et donc sans déranger les hôtes. Merci à vous ! :)
