Bocce ball court Table tennis Table football Music room Wellness massageWe welcome you in 2 rooms of our house, authentic old Savoyard, located between Annecy and Aix les Bains, in the heart of the protected Bauges Natural Park, a UNESCO world site, close to the village of Cusy.
The estate is immersed in a large park planted with century-old trees, just 2 minutes and 7 minutes from the foot of the village, where you will find several shops (bakery, cheese shop, butcher, delicatessen, supermarket, pharmacies). , tobacco bar);
Activities to practice:
- Above all: enjoy the great calm and nature, exceptional assets of the site!
- Observation of the number of animals visiting the park according to: deer and deer, foxes, cows, donkeys
- Ping pong table (racket ready), pétanque, ballroom players
- Mountain walks and hikes, visits to the Semnoz valley, rafting, horse riding, cycling, etc.
- Small beach on the banks of the Chéran river, accessible on foot (swimming possible in summer)
- Visit the Pont de l’Abîme, a listed site (3 minutes by car)
- Annecy 15km away, with its old town, lakes and numerous water activities
- Aix les Bains, its thermal facilities, its lake, Hautecombe Abbey

"Superbe endroit"
Nous ne pouvons que dire du bien de ce merveilleux endroit reposant, dans une maison avec du caractère, une chambre ultra grande, confortable, avec une vue sur un parc imposant, le seul bruit des oiseaux.. un chevreuil à la fenêtre au réveil... et tout le nécessaire pour un séjour idéal!

"Excellent séjour ressourçant à Cusy"
This wonderful building hosted us for a few days. On the agenda: walks, nature, peace and quiet, massages, and Savoyard specialties. We even spotted deer and a stag when we woke up!
A few minutes' walk away is the Cheran River, where those who are less sensitive to the cold can swim.
I recommend Delphine's accommodation for nature lovers.

The place: A superb building in a large nature park, a breathtaking view, the birds singing, the animals (a little squirrel gave us an exclusive show!), very well equipped, the rooms are very large and well appointed. The music room is just awesome!
The location: the possibility of doing many things on foot: the village, the shops, the market, walks, the Chéran, or simply the deckchair!
The welcome: Better than home! Welcomed and advised like family, breakfast in the sun, lots of great tips for exploring the region, thank you Delphine for this enchanting interlude.
