You have a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), TV (TNT) and private bathroom.
You also have access to a private lounge with a view of the lake and mountains with a sofa, board games and reading material, tea and coffee available.
A second bedroom with two single beds (90x200) can also be booked, as well as the sofa bed in the lounge.
Ideal for a family or friends sharing the same bathroom - access through the double room (total capacity: 2-4-6 people).
Breakfast is served in the living room or on the terrace in summer with a magnificent view of the lake and mountains.
For your comfort, you will be our only guests.
Mini fridge available for your drinks.
Access to the swimming pool (not heated) and the garden from June to September (until 7pm) with wooden terrace and deckchairs.

Endroit calme à 20' d'Annecy. Très bon accueil avec des conseils personnalisés chaque jour, en accord avec la météo. Petit-déjeuner varié, copieux, qualitatif avec vue imprenable sur le lac et les montagnes. Le grand salon privatif est un plus très agréable. Nous avons déjà conseillé cette adresse à notre tour...

"Belle découverte"
Séjour parfait dans cette très agréable chambre d’hôtes où nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous! Chambre à la déco très agréable et où rien ne manque! Très belle et spacieuse salle de bain, piscine magnifique avec vue sur le lac et la montagne, accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, petit déjeuner au top, bref, à recommander les yeux fermés! Nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain séjour en Savoie!

"Excellent séjour"
We were delighted with our stay with Stéphanie, Bruno, and their children. Their welcome was perfect in every way: communication, advice, and discretion. The spacious accommodation provided has every necessary comfort. The breathtaking view, whether from the shared room, the terrace where we had breakfast, or the pool, is absolutely magnificent. The complete and well-balanced breakfasts satisfied all members of the family. We also highly recommend this guesthouse.
